1)Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind!! Please stay off of the roof. No climbing or sunbathing on top of the RV. You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows or impounds. There is a $50.00 per pet fee and a $200.00 cleaning fee. You must use supplied surge protector when connecting to power.
2)USE OF AWNING IS AT THE RENTER RISK. DO NOT EVER LEAVE THE AWNING EXTENDED IN THE OPEN POSITION WHEN NOT PRESENT UNDERNEATHIT. AWNING DAMAGE MIN COST $ 3.500.
3)NO one is allowed on the roof ( access is for professional maintenance purposes only)
4) COMMUNICATE IN REAL TIME ( Give as an opportunity to assist you when you needed as needed)
5) AT THE END OF EACH TRIP : MAKE SURE TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND USED ITEMS. Replace supplies back in bin, wash/dry dishes, sweep mop, dump waste tanks, refill propane, remove garbage and personal items.
