- Upgraded / Widened mattresses for an amazing night sleep.
- Large fridge (with freezer) that runs on electric OR propane.
- Cold AC! (when plugged in or using large enough generator)
- Hot Water Heater (electric OR Propane)
- Nice size shower / bathroom with teak bathmat
- Maxx fan (can be used even in the rain)

- On and off grid capability
- Plenty of storage space including a large closet with hanging rack
- Optional microwave (or use space for extra storage)
- Custom kitchen with vents that actually work great, spice rack and storage

What's included

I include a variety of pots and pans, utensils, trash bags, cleaning supplies, tool kit, COFFEE!! as well as all manuals and a full instructional video library made specifically for Emmylou for instructions so you can camp with confidence!

I can also include camping chairs, pop up, lanterns, or any other camping necessities you may need.

Recommendations

Emmylou is just as at home in a full-service RV park as she is in the dry camping spots out in Big Bend. She is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a multi-week road trip.

Other things to note

Special pet deposit required but pets are welcome!
No Burning-Man trips - sorry
In addition to signing the Outdoorsey agreement, I have an additional set of waivers to cover things Outdoorsey does not (return policy, abandonment, cleaning fees, stuff like)
Definitely no smoking
Trips must be limited to 500 miles radius from Austin, TX. Longer distance trips will be considered but will require a special request and conversation with the owner.
