Here are some Southern California trips driving from the Los Angeles area! Number of days are a suggestion to give you enough time to get to your destinations, settle in, and have time to explore without rushing to pack up and head to your next destination. A reminder to account for enough daylight hours to hike, enjoy the beach, sunsets, get set up at a campground etc.

Southern California Coast Suggestions: Santa Barbara, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Cambria, Big Sur, Carmel by the Sea, Monterey. If you plan on stopping at more than 2 locations, we suggest booking at least 4-5 nights

Souther California Desert Suggestions: Palm Springs, Yucca Valley, Thousand Palms Oasis Preserve, Indio, Joshua Tree National Park. 3-4 nights

Southern California National Parks Suggestions: Sequoia National Park, Yosemite National Park, Kings Canyon National Park. These parks are close to each other and great to do in one trip! If you’ll be doing more than 1, we suggest 3-5 nights depending on whether you’re just driving through or plan to hike the areas. Reminder to check seasonal road closures.

South of Los Angeles Coastal Suggestions: Laguna Beach, Del Mar Dog Beach, San Diego, Coronado. 3+ nights

For trips outside of Southern California, make sure to leave plenty of travel time when booking. Road-trips to these stunning areas are so amazing, we want you to have enough time to travel and enjoy yourself! A reminder the standard pick up time is 3pm and return time is 11am. We offer early pick up and late return times in the add-on section.
