Welcome to our 2021 Leprechaun Coachmen 230 CB! Ford Engine 6.8L V-10 "Gypsy" our beautiful and well maintained 25 foot RV is perfect for your next adventure. This rig has a Garmin RV navigator, back up camera, easy to drive, and park for first time RVers.
Gypsy has sleeping for up to 5 people with a rear corner bed with memory foam pillow topper, dinette/ sleeper, bench/sleeper and also converts to another small dinette plus you also have a large overhead sleeper. Kitchen has a 3 burner stove top, microwave, fridge, freezer, and sink. Bathroom has a vanity with sink, large shower and a toilet. Heating and cooling system, TV,DVD, stereo, outside shower, large outside storage with access from the rear and side. Power Patio Awning with LED lights, Onan 4.0 generator, dual AUX batteries. Has a great functional floor plan with lots of storage inside and out for all your adventure gear.

Just bring your own pillows, linen, and bedding. There is a mattress protector/ sheet over corner bed. If you would like linens and bedding provided please make a request at no charge.

All areas will be sanitized and cleansed thoroughly between bookings.

Recommendations

If you are new to RVing find campsites with hookups (Electricity, Water, Sewer). If your campsite does not have electricity there is a onboard generator (powers Roof AC, household outlets, and microwave) everything else can be powered by coach batteries or by propane. Gypsy is perfect for your family and camping trips to the beach, lakes, deserts, and National Parks.

This RV is equipped with GPS tracking.
Sorry no Burning Man festival! It is a harsh environment, lots of alkaline dust. It can get into the engine and cause damage.

Gypsy is also available for delivery and set up to your site. If there is no renter driving involved a lower rate is applied. Send us message.

Other things to note

Pick up time and return time is flexible. Plan on 60 minute orientation on RV operation and signing prior to departure.
RV will have a full tank of gas at pick up. Unleaded Gas. 55 gallon tank. Please return with full tank or charges will apply.
Dump waste tanks upon return. IF not charge of $50 for dumping fee

Gypsy has two homes in Los Angeles and Phoenix area. So she is available for a one way rental. Pickup/Deliver in Phoenix and you drop her off in Los Angeles area or vice versa. Ask us!

No climbing on roof. No towing. No smoking, vaping, or drug use in RV. No off roading. Drive on well paved roads only.

We will take care of the cleaning. And we are dog friendly but return our RV free of stains, odors, and pet hair otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Speeding: For maximum engine performance do not exceed 55 MPH. Please do not exceed 65 MPH, for your safety and the rig.
