About this RV

This is 1-year old (2023) Class B Van is ready for your next adventure! Easy to drive at only 21ft and can be parked in regular parking spots. Two beds comfortably sleep 2 adults (each), or kids if that's your need.
The Van has generator operated A/C (or plug into shore power), heat, solar, indoor AND outdoors showers. Comes fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy life on the road. Perfect for first time RVers. THREE night minimum.

What's included

Kitchen:
Laminate countertop, pull-out counter top extension for meal prep, two-burner gas range top (with glass cover), 3.0 cu. ft. single door compressor-driven refrigerator/freezer.

Bedroom:
Bed 1: Murphy bed w/mattress topper, linens (sheets, one quilt, two towels, pillows);
Bed 2: Pop-top sleeping area w/FROLI sleep system; total weight not to exceed 450lbs, with linens (sheets, one quilt)

Wet Bath:
Flexible showerhead, mirror, removable clothes rod, swiveling cassette toilet, shower curtain, tissue holder

Heating and Cooling System:
Truma Combi Eco Heating system, centralized Coleman-Mach 10 NDQ air conditioner with directional vents (runs off generator or shore power).

Electrical System:
AC/DC load center, 55-amp converter/charger; auxiliary start circuit, Cummins Onan QG 2800i gas generator, Coach battery disconnect system, Automatic dual-battery charge control, 30-amp power cord with surge protector, 170w solar panel

Recommendations

Sacramento is the perfect jumping off point to visit the Tahoe area, the coast - stop at Pinnacles National Park on the way, it's a must see, - Yosemite is only 3 hours away.

Other things to note

- All linens are cleaned and washed after each rental. All RV internal surfaces, floor and rugs are cleaned.
- Pets under 40lbs are welcome (but please take them outside to do their "business"). You will need to supply your own dog bedding, bowls, etc. Please select the "pet fee" add-on.
