"Emelia" is a brand new 31 ft Class C driving RV that sleeps up to 8.
- She has bunks that are great for kids or to use as storage for all your extra gear inside.
- The cab over the bunk is extra spacious for adults or multiple kids with full storage, charger ports, and TV.
- Queen size bed in rear of RV with clothing storage and 32 inch TV
- Enjoy traveling with seatbelts in the 2 person convertible couch and 4 person dinette in the living area behind the cab along with driver and passenger seats in the cab that are extra comfy
- Additional smart TVs can be found in the main bedroom with Queen bed, bunk area, and exterior to stay caught up on episodes anywhere you go.

LIVING & KITCHEN
- Emelia is equipped with 2 A/C and heating units with ducts for quiet operation, no one wants to be hot in Texas!
- Bathroom has a sturdy shower to fit 6 ft plus people and toilet is sturdy and built for comfort.
- Kitchen has a propane 4 burner stove, oven, and convection microwave to accompany a large refrigerator.
- Main bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave are all accessible and usable during travel.

OUTDOOR & EXTERIOR
- Simple switches to run the whole RV in convenient panel above door with clear buttons for slides, lighting, awning, and water heater.
- Outdoor LED lighting around RV and across large awning.
- Multiple storage bays surrounding both sides RV for all gear.
- Outdoor 32 inch TV and 2 electrical ports under awning.

- ALL COOKWARE - pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, utensils, storage bowls, dish towels, dish rack
- ALL DISHES (8 sets) - bowls, plates, cups, silverware
- ALL TOWELS - Bath towels and wash cloths per person
- ALL LINENS & BEDDING - If you would like to bring your own, just let me know after booking, but we can provide all sheets, blankets, pillows, etc., so you don't have to worry about packing anything but your essentials!
*We wash and sanitize all linens, bedding, and towels between each rental*
- Coffee Maker (k-cups or grounds) with 4 thermos coffee cups and a small supply of K-cups
- Toilet Paper! - plenty supplied for short term rentals and for longer stay any single-ply toilet paper will work in our RV
- Vehicle Storage - store your vehicle in gated RV storage facility where Emelia is picked up and dropped off if needed.

- Outdoor Lounge: 4 plush camping chairs and folding table to enjoy the great outdoors!

Recommendations

• Both IAH and HOU airports are about 30-40 min away from the RV pick-up and drop-off locations. Uber/Lyft will pick up and drop off from the location if needed.
• 2 hours outside of Houston to the East is the Big Thicket National Preserve with tons of national park qualities!
• 2 hours south of Houston is Galveston and the Gulf of Mexico for beaches, deep sea fishing, and other activities.
• All around Houston are lakes and Jellystone Park is in easy driving distance.
