Equipped with a Queen Bed, microwave, gas range, full size refrigerator, plus tones of storage space for all your camping and adventure necessities! Rig also includes awesome extras to make things a little more fun like; smart TV, DVD players, outdoor shower, interior/exterior speakers, interior/exterior TV's, automatic leveling system, and LED lit roll out awning! With plenty of sleeping space, it's the ideal RV for your next adventure.

FULLY STOCKED with all of the kitchen essentials:
Pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, colander, cheese grater, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, cutting board, knives, can opener, wine opener, dish drying rack, trash cans and more.

SLEEPING AREA - Max Sleeping Capacity =6:
-Double bed over cab
-Queen master bed at rear
-Convertible dinette area (best used as kid-size bed)
-Sofa converts to a bed

OWNERS PROVIDE:

- Linens and towels
- Folding chairs (3) for outdoor use
- Biodegradable toilet tissue - 2 Rolls (do not use regular tissue products)
- Freshwater hose and regulator ($35 if damaged or missing)
- Black/Grey water hose ($75 If damaged or missing)
- Electrical cord & surge protector ($200 if damaged or missing)
- Camping Mat (12Ft X 20Ft)
- Cleaning supplies

UPON RETURN:
- Fuel tank (unleaded): $100 re-fill charge + cost of unleaded fuel
- Propane: $25 re-fill charge + cost of propane
- Grey/Black tanks: $250 fee if not emptied
- Missing or stained linens/towels: $15/item
- Any tire damage or objects in tires - $200 per damaged tire
-Obvious signs and smells of smoking in RV - $500

Sacramento is 2 hours from Lake Tahoe, 2.5 hours to Redding (Mt. Shasta), 2 hours from the San Francisco and Marin County beaches. Our area is loaded with wineries just waiting for you to explore; Amador County, Lodi, Napa, Santa Cruz, Monterey, etc. Not to mention the amazing Humbolt County home to the famous California Redwoods. So much to do, so little time!!
