****Just added (INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) High Performance High Speed Mobile Starlink WiFi so you can work in the back seat from the table (like I do) while someone else drives!! Then you're all caught up when you get to where you are going and can enjoy the time there!****
Bought brand-new in Mar 2023, beautiful, luxury Winnebago Solis, perfect for the winter.
Brand new snow tires just put on in Nov, extra insulation added throughout the walls and inserts cut for the windows to keep all the heat inside. Last year our 2 week trip to Banff in Canada, with other skii resorts along the way, really tested our winter transformation, and VANessa scored perfectly! VANessa even comes with chains included if you find yourself needing them. Perfect for ski camping in resort parking lots, snow parks, or BLM land. My husband and I snowboard and use our vans more in the winter than the summer. The generator means never worrying about running out of battery, even when there is limited sun for the solar. The powerful furnace keeps it warm and toasty all day for our pup who loves to tag along when there is a promise of snow. With the pop-top you can sleep 5 comfortably, if friends or kids want to join you, and it drives like a dream!
This is our 2nd Solis, we needed a bit more room than what the original offered, so this time I opted for the 59PX version that has spacious room in the back to store luggage, bikes, or gear. It even has an o-ring rail system to secure gear, hang items up, or use as a drying rack. Despite extra space, it still fits in most normal car parking spaces. The chassis, a Dodge Ram ProMaster, has all the bells and whistles, with smart car features. The upgraded backup cameras, electric mirrors to ensure you don't have blind spots, apple/android car play, touch screen display, and the new driver assist system in this model make it the ultimate van to drive! I'm only 5'2" and feel very comfortable navigating it anywhere. VANessa even reads speed limit signs to let you know when it changes! Big improvement from the older versions.
Luxury features include a full kitchen, Keurig coffee to ensure you stay properly caffeinated & enjoy the days adventures, w/o the mess of cleaning up coffee grounds. 2 burner stove, pull out counter extender, & additional table in the back for prep. If you're really into cooking, want a faster cooking option, or just looking for a more at home experience, there is a 2 burner conduction stove top option available.
An onboard built-in generator, as well as solar panels, ensure you are off-grid ready. You can boondock/dry camp (w/o plugging in at a camp site) as much as your heart desires. If you have plugg-in available at your camp site, you can use either 30 or 15 amp spots.
A powerful furnace keeps it toasty high up in snowy mountains, & AC keeps you cool on the hottest desert days. When you're back to VANessa after a long day hiking, biking, skiing, or any other adventure you have in store, there is hot water ready to greet you in either the indoor or outdoor showers.
There is a cassette toilet for the easiest and cleanest waste management system available, so you can go anytime nature calls. No messy cleanup and dumping is as sanitary as it gets.
A refrigerator w/freezer holds more food than you imagine. It looks small but is mighty deep, so far we haven't run out of space on trips, even w/ 4 adults in VANessa or our prior van.
Sleeping comfortably, there is a queen size murphy bed that sleeps 2 adults, the pop-top sleeps up to 2 adults, and there is a blow up bed that fits over the two captains chairs, a perfect space for a child to sleep.
We love VANessa and ask that you bring her back in the condition you received her in. Please spay off any mud, grime, or bug splatter, prior to your return at a self service car wash. Do not use a drive thru car wash, it must be a self service wash due to the van height.
When you cook inside, the fan must be on and the windows should be cracked open to allow ventilation. This is necessary when cooking with propane indoors, and it helps keep VANessa smelling great for the next customer.
Pick-up time at the start of your trip is 3pm and drop-off at the end is 11am. Please be on time, we do have same day turn arounds fairly often and if you're late, it effects the next guests experience. We need enough time to clean well in-between guests. If VANessa is not rented the night before your trip or the night of your return, we can be flexible with the return times. There is an early pick-up and late drop-off add-on option for a fee that can be applied on a case by case basis for a guaranteed earlier/ later time frame. If at anytime you want to guarantee an early pick-up or late drop-off, as long as it isn't already rented on the respective night before or after, then the add-on can be applied and the corresponding night will be blocked from other renters to ensure flexible timing.
Please strip used bedding and place it in a pillow case at the end of the trip.
Absolutely NO smoking.
Absolutely NO automatic car washes, drive thru windows, or parking garages of any kind. VANessa is too tall and will get stuck or damaged if you attempt any of those.
Absolutely NO off-road travel.
Lost key charge $250.
Dog fee $150.
Dump fee $150 if the black and /or grey tanks are not dumped prior to return.
Fill up the gas tank prior to return. If you are not able to fill up the gas prior to returning the van, there will be a charge of $30 plus the cost of the gas to fill the tank.
If there is excessive cleaning needed, there will be a minimum $200 fee added to any professional cleaning sevices needed. $100 per additional hour after 2 hours of cleaning. If professional services are required or additional airing out time is needed due to smoke or other odors, the entirety of your deposit will be forfeited in addition to any insurance claims filed as well.
There is a $150 set up fee that includes full water fill, full propane fill, sanitizing the van between guests, full set of clean cookware and utensils, fresh linens and bedding, towels, toilet supplies, gloves for use in dumping the black and gray tanks. For fun, we also include up to 5 camp chairs, a deck of cards, Cards Against Humanity the family version, a camp travel board game, and even a hammock with straps upon request. We have a portable camp fire available for an additional add-on, and of course marshmallow roasting scewers are included. The van dinner table is included and a folding outdoor camp table is available on request for an add-on fee. We even have a yoga mat and work-out bands available upon request.
You get use of our Washington State Parks Pass as well that comes with VANessa, very handy and saves you some money.
There is a separate water filter that we added to the vans water filtration system to ensure the water in the tank is drinkable and safe, double filtered.
I provide leveling blocks, but have never needed to use them in the van, so much easier to find flat ground than with our old trailer.
A plug-in inverter can be provided upon request to use if you are boondocking/ dry camping. However, this is hardly ever necessary, as you have a generator built-in.
There is a blow up bed, available upon request for free, that fits over the two captains chairs and is perfect for a child, if they don't want to go up to the pop-top. This also comes in handy if two children do not want to share the space up top and a privacy curtain can also be provided.
Delivery or pickup within a 20 mile radius, or airport pick-up and drop-off is available upon request, for an additional add-on fee.
We are adventurers and have a wealth of ideas that we can share to help get you started planning the trip of your life time. Just let us know what you are interested in, and we are happy to give you some suggestions.
We also offer luggage storage at no cost, and can accept food from your delivery service of choice, within 48h of your trip to pre-stock the van for you. When we do the pre-stocking for you, the van is ready to rumble when you are!
Dumping of the gray and black tanks are not included, but if you'd like us to dump them for you for a fee, no problem at all. We are happy to do so for a $100 fee if pre-arranged and $150 fee if not pre-arranged and the tanks are not properly dumped prior to VANessa's return.
We ask that you fill up the gas tank prior to returning it to us, but understand if you don't have time. If you run out of time and need us to top up the gas tank for you on return, there will be a $30 convenience fee plus the cost of the gas assessed.
Our dog loves adventuring with us and she is a big part of why we needed a bigger van. You are welcome to bring your pup as well, maximum of one dog, but please do not allow them on the seats or bed, ours isn't allowed up there either. There is an additional fido fee for dogs of $150, more if additional cleaning or servicing is required on return. See excessive cleaning cost above. Please, no other types of pets, no cats, birds, or other animals due to allergies of other potential guests.
Camping, hiking, road tripping, climbing, star gazing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, river floating, fishing, wine tasting. Explore the national parks, the mountains or the desert. Take your home away from home on the road and to the next adventure. Start exploring!
Try signing up for Harvest Host and stay at some truly unique places! We have used Harvest Host to stay at a beautiful winery on the edge of the Columbia Gorge, breweries, and even a museum along the way. It's a great way to take your road trip game up a notch. And I promise I don't get any endorsements from Harvest Host, but I do love them.
We recommend unplugging and taking a real break to connect with nature. The documented health benefits are clear and worth some time stepping away from the stress of the city. However, if you're like me and want to get away, but still have to work? I know the feeling! I have installed the fastest/highest preforming STARLINK. I often sit in the backseat with the table in place, which can serve as a great work space that I utilize while we are diving to our destinations. While I work, my husband throws on a podcast and drives us to our next adventure destination! I don't want to work once I arrive somewhere, so for me, it was essential to have a mobile internet connection that works on the go, just like me!
Upon request we have an inverter so you can plug in your AC devices while traveling or off-grid.
VANessa is your ticket to detaching and uploading the profound replenishment of nature. Glamping has never been so good!
We love VANessa and ask that you bring her back in the condition you received her in. Please spray off any mud, grime, or bug splatter, prior to your return at a self service car wash. Do not use a drive thru car wash, it must be a self service wash station due to the van height.
When you cook inside, the fan must be on and the windows should be cracked open to allow ventilation. This is necessary when cooking with propane indoors, and it helps keep VANessa smelling great for the next customer.
Please strip used bedding and place it in a pillow case at the end of the trip.
Standard pick-up time the day your trip starts is 3pm. Standard drop-off or return time the last day of your trip is 11am. If these times don't work for your needs, you can add-on early pick-up or late-return for a fee, only on a case by case approval based on availability. If you add this on at booking, it is not guaranteed until we discuss whether it is actually available on your specified dates or not. Other bookings effect whether the pick-up and drop-off or return times are flexible at all.

I love the outdoors and the Pacific Northwest is the best! Hiking, camping, backpacking, snowboarding, and biking are where I'm happiest and my van has really helped make access to all of my favorite things easier than ever. Camping at trailheads or in snow lots near mountains resorts, means you are waking up already in the adventure. And the best part with van camping and adventuring is that you never need to go without the comforts of home while having the time of your life! I am ecstatic about my newest edition, VANessa, that really does have all the bells and whistles. My husband is constantly planning our next adventure and everytime we go outside our dog asks to go in the van, so I know how much they both love it too! There really are endless possibilities of what you can do. My husband, Brian, and I are happy to share some of our favorite trip ideas with you, to get you started on your own trip of a lifetime.
