About this RV

The 2021 Georgetown 36k7 floorplan offers 2 full baths, residential refrigerator, & bunks! A booth dinette is opposite kitchen with a farmhouse sink, 3-burner cooktop, & microwave convection-oven. A TV sits across from theater seats for easy entertainment. A mid-ship full bath is across from bunk beds. The bedroom offers a king bed, washer/dryer, and full master bath. The cab provides swivel captain seats, table, & power overhead bunk (full size) that holds up to 500lbs. Outside is a built-in entertainment center, includes TV, Bluetooth radio and canopy to block the sun while enjoying the outside amenities. The front door has a screen door, so you can leave it open for fresh air without the TEXAS size mosquitos.

The camper can be used for a variety of reasons, but for us, it's about family togetherness. There's nothing like the open road with the family all together or staying parked looking out at a lake for the night. The road is your limit, you make the call.

Other things to note

**** UNLEADED ONLY****

Fuel tanks are documented upon departure and must be returned with the same amount of full. The renter will be charged a $25.00 fee plus the cost of fuel ($6.99 per gallon) for not returning the unit at the correct levels. Propane tanks are filled upon departure and are required to be full upon return.

***Propane Tank***

The renter will be charged $25.00 plus the cost of propane ($125.00) if tanks are not returned full. Propane tanks will need to be filled and cannot be exchanged.

****SMOKING****

Remember this is someone else property and we ask that you treat it with love and make it your home away from home. NO SMOKING!!!

Smoking is NOT allowed in any of the RVs. Your damage deposit will be forfeited in its ENTIRETY if there is evidence of smoking inside the vehicle.

****EXCESSIVE CLEANING****

Please cleanup after your trip. Wipe down stove, counter tops, microwave, clean out refrigerator and oven. Remove and place all sheets inside trash bag.

PLEASE return coach in a decent condition. Failure to do so WILL result in an excessive cleaning charge of $500.00, ADDITIONAL.

****Interior Protection REQUIRED!!!****

Rooftop access is NOT permitted on any of the RV's. Ladders are for RV Owners Rental technicians only. Your damage deposit will be forfeited if there is evidence of rooftop tampering.

Reservation’s with-in 24-hours may NOT be honored.
