1 night free if you rent for the month of October or November. Minimum of 3 nights.
2021 Travel trailer with 1 slide out, fully equipped with all of the bells and whistles. Sleeps 8-10.

Interior Features:
* 2 Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, closets to hang clothes and storage space, 2nd room has 2 full size bunk beds. (We provide sheets, blankets, and pillows).
* 2 Flat screen Smart TV.
* Dining room table with chairs that can be converted into additional sleeping space.
* Sofa can be converted into additional sleeping space for 2 people.
* Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. (We provide plates, cups, utensils, wine opener, can opener, pots and pans, coffee machine, espresso machine, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, dish soap, and paper towel, and trash bags).
* Bathroom with shower. (We provide bath towels, hand soap, Rv toilet paper, and trash bags).
* A/C and Heating system.
* Cell phone charging station.
* First Aid Kit.

Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $195 per pet. Max 2 pets.

Other things to note

We are flexible with check-in and check-out time. Please let us know how we can accommodate you.

The generator is $50 per night. We fill it up with gasoline. Please bring it back filled if not $40 gasoline fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

If traveling to Flamingo Campground and we deliver and pick up the park charges $30 each way. That can be charged upfront or deducted from security deposit.

If the customer does not dump the black and grey waters there will be a $150 fee deducted from the security deposit. This does not pertain if the campground has a full hook-up.

NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.

RV will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $100 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $100 will be deducted from your deposit.

Pets are allowed with a Pet fee of $195 Per Pet. Max 2 Pets.

When the RV is delivered or picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.

Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind from renter.

Renter is responsible for tolls if any. This will be charged upon your return and deducted from your security deposit.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
