2022 Forest River/Palomino Puma Family & friends getaway trailer, with separate bunkhouse!!

As you walk into this home away from home, you walk into the common area where a kitchen is ready and available to whip up any any meal with the use of the stove, oven or microwave and store your groceries in the pantry or refrigerator to keep fresh.
The dinette seats 4 adults comfortably. With a couch facing the TV or if you just want to curl up in front of the fireplace and relax. Both the dinette and couch can fold down to beds to accommodate an additional 4 people.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of space for personal belongings, and a TV to relax after a long day of fun. Includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The bunkhouse is a separate room with its own door and includes a bunk bed , a flip down bunk and a couch that can fold out to bed with a small tv.
Both the master bedroom and bunkhouse include electric heaters for those cool nights.

Bathrooms! Yes! There’s 2 of them! The first bathroom includes a stand up shower, sink and toilet. The smaller bathroom includes sink and toilet. Both bathrooms have plenty of cabinet space to place your hygiene items during your stay.

Outside you can relax in the shade under the awning, or cook a meal in the outside kitchen that includes flat top grill, small sink and small refrigerator.

What's included

Fresh linens, blankets/pillows, towels, flatware for 10, pots and pans, keurig, knife set, Cooking utensils and outdoor mat if needed.

Camping chairs, folding table, fire pit, outdoor TV, and corn hole boards can be provided for an additional charge.

Recommendations

For Southern California we recommend anywhere with a beach, enjoy the beautiful waters and sunsets with s’mores.

Other things to note

For delivery to location within 50 miles it is a flat fee for delivery of $150. Which will include set up, hookups, and take down. Outside of 50mile radius will be $4.50 per additional mile added as an add on. All based on a case by case basis dependent on availability. Also when reserving your spot please note the length of trailer is 38’ but 40’ with the added tongue

We welcome dogs, however cats and other animals are not permitted.

Music festivals and other public events are on case by case basis, you are responsible for making sure no one is smoking in the trailer and are responsible for your guests and any damage they may cause.

We use this trailer personally for our family as well and we hope that you would respect and take care of it during the duration of your rental. We are more than happy to help accommodate any needs you may have and answer any questions.
