Our modern camper is ready for your next adventure! Relax in our king size bed with our cozy upgraded mattress in a private bedroom with TV and a sliding barn door for privacy. Enjoy plenty of sleeping options with 3 bunk beds and a fullsize bed to choose from in the second bedroom or on the sleeper sofa and converter dinette. If you are vacationing with kids, up to 8 people would fit comfortably and up to 6 people if all adults.
Enjoy cooking a yummy meal after a full day of exploring on the gas stove while the fam relaxes with a movie on the tv. There is also an oven and microwave and we have you covered with cooking utensils, pots, pans, keurig coffee maker and dishes. If you want to entertain outside there is an outdoor, built in grill and refrigerator for your convenience. If that wasn't fabulous enough the camper is equipped with outdoor speakers to play your favorite music, along with an awning that will provide the shade you need in our hot Texas summers.
Also included are a/c and heater, 2 propane tanks, bathroom with stand up shower, fridge that runs off propane or battery, one pop out.
It is equipped with automatic jack stands, storage compartments Included are 2 reclining chairs, outdoor rug, wagon, boogie boards, canopy and cooler bag.

Recommendations

We live near the most beautiful places to see! If you want to float the river, Garner State Park and the Gaudalupe are always a hit! Fredericksburg if you want to do some shopping or day drinking at a winery. More great places to see are Boerne, Bandera, Gruene, Luchenbach, Johnson City and more!

Other things to note

No smoking inside RV.
We deliver to your destination location.
No towing/ moving the RV.
Use Rv toilet paper only and dont flush any other items down the toilet
No food down the drain, leave sink strainer stopper in.

Please take care of our RV as you would if it were yours so that we can continue the adventure for the next group. We will assess a cleaning fee if the Rv is returned dirty or smelly. (Fee depends on condition)
