Create memories that will last a lifetime while enjoying the outdoors at a whole different level! Our beautiful modern and spacious coach features top notch finishes, comfort and a smooth ride. Kitchen is equipped with a double sink, induction 3-burner stove/oven, microwave, overhead fan and a residential refrigerator. Convenient exterior kitchen including a microwave, sink, mini-fridge, storage and counter space.

Watch your favorite shows on any of the 4 smart TVs onboard located in the master bedroom, across from bunk beds, and in the living room. Large exterior TV to keep you and your guests entertained while cooking out or when relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Bluetooth audio and Wi-Fi capable; Apple CarPlay / Android Auto

Tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! Flex has 2 A/C units (50 Amps), solar panel, generator, water heater, front/rear power leveling jacks, back-up & sideview cameras, and much more.

Pick up Time: 11:00am
Drop off time: 5:00pm (Strict)
$30/hr for each add'l hour. RV must be returned before sundown otherwise it must be kept by renter. An add'l night will be added to the booking.
Let us know if you need different hours. We will do our best to accommodate.

We love furry friends but unfortunately pets are not allowed. No smoking either.

RULES - PLEASE READ:
- Water & sewer hook-up & 50 amp power connection required
- No pets/smoking allowed: $500 fee
- Return RV with a full tank to avoid gas fees of $5/gallon
- Tank dumping if not emptied out: $250 fee
- Late Drop Off $300 Fee: Customer stays with RV overnight

- Delivery/Pick Up: $250 flat fee up to 40 miles. A $4.00 per mile will be applied to any add' l mileage.
- Partial Delivery Fee (One way only): $150 flat fee up to 25 miles. A $4.00 per mile will be applied to any add'l miles.

What's included

We want you to have all is needed to experience the outdoors at a whole - different level. For that reason, we throw in a few additional perks:
- WiFi capable via hotspot or by connecting to the campground's WiFi
- 4 camping chairs
- Foldable camping table
- Rug
- Fire ring grill
- Linens, blankets and pillows for 8 (upon request)
- Kitchen appliances: K-cup coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, BBQ tool set and kitchen utensils to make the perfect indoors or outdoors meal. No cupd, mugs, plates or silverware included.

Recommendations

Download your favorite movies/shows before the trip is recommended in case Wi-Fi signal at campground is low and/or cable is not available.

- A booklet with step by step instructions will be provided upon delivery
- YouTube videos on "How-To" manage connecting and disconnecting black/gray water tanks as well as cable and electricity are readily available for your convenience on our site rvwithusmiami (dot) com. Click on How-To Videos and look for Fleetwood Flex videos
- For your own safety and enjoyment, we require campers to secure full hook-up at campsites (Power connection, gray & black water connection and water connection)
- Please keep the speedometer below 70 mph. Drive Carefully
- Always keep the gas tank above 1/4 minimum.
- Be careful putting slides in/out. Make sure there are no objects in the way and that you have enough clearance from any trees, light posts and/or other vehicles.
- Please remember that pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of our coach like it was your own. We take pride on the condition and maintenance of our RV. We want to make sure all renters have a fabulous experience!

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
