Towing this trailer is a breeze with the included Husky Centerline Weight Distribution Hitch System with built in sway control. The included backup camera with large LCD display give you full visibility during your journey and make parking effortless. The dry weight of this trailer is approx. 6000 lbs, so a full size truck/SUV (Tundra, F150, Silverado, etc) is required for safe driving. Recommendations

Texas is home to many beautiful state parks. Brazos Bend with the George Brown Observatory, and Lake Livingston are just a short drive away. Dinosaur Valley, located North of the Houston area, has a river bed where you can step in the footprints where Dinosaurs walked the Paluxy River.

Also check out Blue Water RV Resort, walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico for a beach getaway and only minutes away from beautiful Galveston Island.

Other things to note

1) This is a smoke free rental. Any evidence of smoking/vaping will immediately forfeit the security deposit.

2) No Beach Parking**. Sand gets everywhere. It's tough to clean, and with a motorized slideout and stabilizer jacks sand can lead to premature failure of those critical components. This will lead to forfeiture of security deposit.
**A beach destination such as Blue Water RV resort near Galveston Island is acceptable since the RV will be parked on a concrete pad, walking distance from the beach.

3) The awning must be retracted during windy conditions. It would be good practice to retract the awning overnight or if the RV is unattended to ensure it does not get damaged.

4) Please return the RV ready for the next vacation. We will be responsible for the final cleaning/sanitizing, which we do before and after each rental, however this is assuming that the RV is returned in the condition in which it was rented out. If the camper has not been cleaned out, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

5) There is an optional $100 fee paid on return if you would prefer to return the camper without emptying the black/grey tanks. This does not mean, however, that the RV can be driven with the tanks completely full. Any spill of black/grey water inside the RV due to driving with full tanks could result in interior damage and subject to withholding partial/full security deposit.

6) Pets are allowed, but in lieu of adding a pet deposit, I kindly request you purchase the damage protection that Outdoorsy offers in the below link. The insurance you will receive from this added insurance costs less than many other renters "add-on fee", and the protection you receive extends far greater than just pet coverage. https://www.outdoorsy.com/help/damage-protection

Meet your host, Justin

We are a family of 4 with two small kids, aged 8 and 4. Camping in tents was fun, but when the kids came along we needed a little more space, convenience, and best of all, A/C for the hot summer months. Owning and camping in an RV has allowed us to continue our passion of enjoying the great outdoors, but still bring the conveniences of home along with you. We enjoy hiking and swimming and visiting the many beautiful state parks Texas and surrounding areas has to offer.
