Other things to note

No smoking or vaping inside or near Liem!

Absolutely no off roading, driving in beaches etc. does NOT have high clearance or 4x4.

Generator is not allowed to be ran at night during sleeping. This has manufacture warning and risk of carbon emissions due to exhaust.

We are pet friendly and happy to let your furry friends join you! We have a $100 non refundable pet fee.

Before Returning:
Grey tank & cassette toilet are to be dumped and rinsed ($150 if not dumped)
Fill gas tank

There is a front facing (windshield view) camera installed. This does not record audio. It is for safety and insurance purpose only.

Awning must be retracted during rain, high winds, at night, and anytime you leave the campsite. If you fail to do this and damage occurs, repair/replacement fee’s will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.

If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
