Sleeping arrangements include a motorized drop down queen bunk bed above the cab, 2 convertible sofa beds, king size bed in master bedroom with a rare to find walk-in closet, sliding door for privacy and dresser with additional sink. Spacious bathroom located in the center of the coach with easy access for all.

The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, induction 3-burner stove/oven, microwave, overhead fan and a full size refrigerator.
Watch your favorite shows on any of the 2 TVs onboard (bedroom and living room), in addition to an exterior 32" screen to keep you entertained while cooking out or when relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Bluetooth audio and Wi-Fi capable.

Tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear! Our RV has 2 A/C units (50 Amps), solar panel, generator, water heater, front/rear power leveling jacks, back-up camera, and much more.

Pick up Time: 11:00am
Drop off time: 5:00pm (Strict)
$30 late fee per hour. RV must be returned before sundown otherwise it will must be returned the following day. An add'l night will be added to the booking.

Gray & black water tanks must be empty prior to returning the RV. We understand you might be in a rush, let us know and we will gladly do it for you at a $250 flat fee.

We love furry friends but unfortunately pets are not allowed. No smoking. Evidence of either infraction will result in a $500 fine.

Additional items:
- Campers are required to secure full hook-up at campsites (water, power and sewer). Generator feeds one AC at the time reason why connection to a 50amp power source is a must in order for the 2 AC's to work simultaneously.
- Always keep the gas tank above 1/4 minimum

Other things to note

- An onboard operations manual with step by step instructions will be provided upon pick up
- YouTube videos on "How-To" manage connecting and disconnecting black/gray water tanks as well as cable and electricity will be readily available for your convenience at rvwithusmiami(dot)com
- Please remember that pets are not allowed.
- Gray & black water tanks must be emptied out to avoid $250 fee
- Return the RV with a full tank to avoid gas fees ($5 per gallon)
- Be careful putting the slides in/out. Make sure there are no objects in the way and that you have enough clearance from any trees, light posts and/or other vehicles
