There’s plenty of room for comfort with a large slide out, a bunk room that has its own couch and can be closed off with a door as well as a master that can be closed of with a door instead of those pesky curtains - giving you plenty of room for privacy and space! This camper has an abundance of features; including, an adjustable king bed for more walking room, an electric fireplace, and ON DEMAND HOT WATER, to list a few!! The camper will be stocked with everything you need and more, all you need to bring is your blankets and towels! Readily available for questions and delivery/setup/pickup of camper! I will deliver most distances for a fee, just ask! THIS IS DELIVERY ONLY! It’s well worth the ease for the renter and helps ensure there are no problems during your rental.

No smoking - any evidence of smoking (butts, ashes, odors, etc) will result in a $225 minimum fee

No pets - any evidence of pets (hair, damage, scratches, odors, etc) will result in a $225 minimum fee

This unit is delivery only. By having it delivered, it ensures a worry-free and easy trip for you as the renter. Delivery also helps to prevent any issues that may arise due to improper towing and set up. I will deliver to most distances.

Delivery fees are as follows:

-$250 minimum (based on mileage)

We are happy to accommodate events, in most cases! The nightly rate for holidays, festivals, rallies, races, events, etc. is $145/night.

We will take care of sanitizing the camper before and after your rental. We ask that the renters ensure the kitchen and dishes are cleaned and put away, any messes are cleaned, and any trash is removed.

I will take care of emptying the waste tanks upon pick up. If there is no sewer access, then a $75 fee would apply.
