Choose from two convenient pick-up locations in the Berkeley and San Jose area or opt for our delivery service to a reasonably accessible and safe area. For a hassle-free drop-off, make sure there's a minimum of 5 feet of space on both sides of BambiNgo when parking in a fixed location.

Before we hit the road, let's connect virtually! A quick FaceTime, Zoom session, or clear pictures of the drop-off location are required to ensure a safe and seamless delivery. We want to avoid any on-site cancellations due to delivery challenges.

Now, let's talk time. We're all about flexibility! While default check-in and check-out times are there as placeholders, we can tailor them to suit your schedule. Need BambiNgo earlier? Consider our "PM Pickup" option for a night-before pick-up at a reduced rate.

Tow Hitch/Tow Ball Height: Ensure a perfect match with a tow ball height between 17-19 inches and a two & 5/16 sized tow ball (ground to the top of the tow ball when the trailer is level).

Return in Style: Bring back BambiNgo in a clean condition to avoid a $150 cleaning fee deduction from your deposit. For festival or similar events, we may retain up to the entire deposit if the trailer isn't returned as provided.

Dumping Fee Alert: Don't forget to empty the black water before return! A $350 fee awaits if BambiNgo comes back without the essential dump.

Cleaning Tips: Keep it "clean" and dodge the cleaning fee – use Clorox wipes for the toilet and bathroom, squeegee and shammy for the shower, sweep and wipe the floor, tidy up cabinets, wipe down surfaces, wash utensils and dishes, and stow everything where you found it.
