2. Rental Dates: Let us know the start and end dates of your rental period.
3. RV Selection: Choose the RV model and size that suits your needs and preferences.
4. Amenities (Add ons): Inform us of any additional amenities you would like to have in the RV, such as kitchen essentials, bedding, entertainment systems, etc.

TERMS OF USE ***RULES & REGULATIONS**
1. Insurance/Liability: Is REQUIRED at check out, rental fee includes insurance coverage (renter needs to provide their Driver License). Click on more information to read the extent of coverage and any liabilities the renter might incur in case of accidents or damages during the rental period.
2. Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit required before renting the RV. Conditions will be sent and looked over to determine if the deposit will be fully refunded after the rental period.
3. Driving and Usage Limits (if applicable): Will go over any restrictions on where the renter can drive the RV, such as off-road areas, restricted roads, or certain geographical limitations. Also, specify any mileage restrictions if applicable.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance: RV is Required to be clean by the renter before returning it and ensure it's in the same condition as when they received it. Charges may apply if the RV is excessively dirty or if any damages occur due to negligence.
5. Prohibited Activities: Some activities that are strictly prohibited during the rental period are smoking, no pets, or towing other vehicles.
6. RV Setup and Operation: We will Provide clear instructions on how to set up and operate the RV's amenities, appliances, and systems. During Check-In and Delivery we will go over the details about any specific procedures that require attention, such as how to dump waste tanks or operate the generator safely.
7. Safety Guidelines: During Check-In we will go over all safety rules and regulations while operating the RV, including the use of control panel and not exceeding weight limits.
8. ****Travel Restrictions: If there are any specific areas or national parks with regulations that the renter must be aware of, Renter must do their research before booking with us and inform Owner in advance to avoid any issues during their trip.****
9. Breakdowns and Emergencies: Will be Provided such as emergency contact information and instructions on what the renter should do in case of mechanical breakdowns or accidents.
10. Return Time and Late Fees: Owner will clearly state the time and date by which the RV should be returned to avoid any late fees (if the renter exceeds the agreed-upon return time).
11. Communication: ALL communication during the rental period is essential for all questions or concerns. We will provide a contact number or email where the renter can reach us in case of questions or emergencies.
