This charming, completely custom-built adventure van is perfect for those who want to go off-grid without sacrificing the comforts of home. As the second owner, I acquired the van from a wonderful couple who meticulously designed it with thoughtful details and convenience. Whether you're planning a climbing, biking, skiing, surfing, or camping trip, this van is your ideal companion!

Designed for full-time living, the van feels more like a cozy home than a typical adventure vehicle. My partner and I are passionate outdoor adventurers, so we've ensured the van is optimized with exquisite attention to detail. It features ample storage space for all your gear, ensuring you don't have to compromise on comfort.

This professionally converted van is fully equipped with a full-size bed, complete kitchen, and bathroom, allowing you to go off-grid for extended periods in all four seasons. Enjoy the great heating system and warm showers, ensuring your comfort year-round.

Driving is a breeze with features like a backup camera, Bluetooth/touchscreen media system, and cruise control, making your journey both easy and fun.

Living Space:
• Bed: 70L X 60 W with 6” memory foam mattress, comforter, sheets, and pillows.
• Two reading nooks above the bed with flexible reading lights and USB outlets
• Vented bunk window at head of bed allows for outdoor breeze while sleeping
• Tons of cabinet space for clothes located by the bed, and a closet for hanging clothes
• Full indoor hot and cold water shower
• Outdoor shower with privacy shower curtain for rinsing off in the sun, washing bikes, dogs etc
• Dometic composting toilet (#1 only)
• Plug-in outlets and USB ports located strategically throughout the van to keep all your devices charged

• Lagun swivel table mounted to the seating area - can turn in all directions, can be raised to use as a stand up desk or lowered for eating and working. It can also be unclipped and stored away when not in use
• Custom fit 4 season blackout window coverings for all windows, providing complete privacy. This will keep you toasty in the winter and keep heat out during the summer time.

Recommendations

My partner and I have taken our van into every environment possible. From driving in huge snowstorms with below freezing temperatures to remote climbing spots, this van is able to tackle most environments. The van has sumo shocks to help absorb the shock of driving on dirt roads.

The opportunities for stunning camp views and destinations in Colorado are endless. Some of our favorite spots include the scenic BLM land near Twin Lakes, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, and the Great Sand Dunes. Additionally, Moab and Zion offer incredible experiences as well.

Please note that Satellite and Wi-Fi (Starlink) is an add-on. If you select the Starlink add-on, please provide your phone & email so I can set up your user profile =)

The van is winterized from December to March to prevent damage to the plumbing system caused by freezing temperatures.
