Make sure to read till the end to discover the exceptional features of my camper. Every time it is rented out, the camper undergoes thorough sanitization using an organic sanitizing tool. This RV-light weighs 3350lb when dry, making it suitable for mid to small-sized vehicles to tow. Additionally, well-behaved dogs are happily welcomed.

What's included

Concerns about toilet sanitization? However, we have addressed this issue by employing a dry toilet system. With a dry toilet, you won't have to worry about emptying the black tank or the previous renter's usage. In the event that you plan a trip lasting more than three weeks, simply inform us, and we will convert it back to a regular toilet for your convenience.

Our camper boasts the largest shower room in its class, providing ample clearance with an indoor height of 6.6 feet. It is equipped with a spacious queen-sized bed, a dinette that can be converted into a double bed, a sink, a gas stove, ventilation, AC/heater, plentiful storage space, an outdoor shower, a cable-ready TV, and a Bluetooth stereo system. For added convenience and enjoyment during your travels, we offer an automatic awning, a pull-out kitchen attached to the side, complete with an extra freezer/refrigerator (there is also a refrigerator inside the trailer), a canoe or kayak rack, and a ready-to-use bicycle rack (or you can rent a bicycle rack if needed).

With its stylish design and luxurious features, our trailer ensures that you can fully enjoy the outdoors while still experiencing a comfortable night's sleep.

Recommendations

We do not supply pots, pans, bowls, dishes, and bedsheets for sanitization reasons. However, we do offer travel cook tools.

The bed is equipped with two memory foam mattresses (6 inches + 2 inches), mattress pads, queen-size fitted bed sheets, and cushions. However, blankets, pillows, and towels are not provided for the same sanitization reasons.

Please note that the delivery charge is separate from any toll charges. Renters are responsible for paying toll charges themselves.

Other things to note

Your car must be equipped with a hitch.
It is recommended to have a towing capacity of at least 5000lb. Please consult your car manual or perform a Google search to confirm your vehicle's towing capacity.
The ball size required is either 2 5/8 inches or 2 5/16 inches. It is crucial that the height from the ground to the top of the hitch ball falls within the range of 19-21 inches. If needed, I can provide a Weight Distribution Hitch (WDH), although not all cars are recommended to use one.
You will need a round 7-pin trailer connector to establish the electrical connection.
Fortunately, you do not need to acquire a brake switch separately, as it is already installed within the RV and available for you to use free of charge. It's worth noting that not many RVs come pre-installed with a brake switch.
