We are Tim and Sarina! Along with our 2 kids, and pup Sterling, we would like to welcome you to our brand new 2022 “Joy” the Jayco Coach!

Our modern farmhouse rig is perfect for the fun, family, adventure- all in the comfort of a house on wheels…Especially ours!

We want to make sure you get the same “Joy”ful experiences we do, by making sure you’re equipped with everything you need for a confident, safe, successful, and most importantly fun trip.

What's included

Rear and side cameras make maneuvering much safer and easier for many drivers!

Joy has space to sleep 10! A separate bedroom with a VERY comfy queen master bed upgraded from the standard RV beds for sweet sleep (with a slider door for privacy), adorable bunks for the kiddos, a jack knife pullout couch great for 2 kids or one adult, a convertible dinette bed also great for kids or one adult, and spacious above the cab sleeping area with a television that overlooks the entire coach. Keep perfectly cool or warm with two AC/heating units.

We’ve provided the master bed, bunks, and above cab sleeping areas, with fresh linens and plenty of comfy pillows. There are lots of towels, and a few small travel toiletries for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, cups, plates, and all the utensils you can think of. While you’ll need to bring your own food- we’ve supplied you with an air fryer for quick chow, a Keurig for coffee, cooking oils, and all the spices you may want for a tasty meal.

To make your campsite comfortable, we have beach chairs (upon request) , a small table, and area rug. Enjoy these while cooking outside on a provided propane grill with a griddle. Want to rinse off after an outing at the beach before heading in? Spray down with our warm outside shower! For hauling things around, there is a wagon for your use (upon request).

For those with little babes, we have plenty of items available to make your stay a little easier on the littles- and yourselves (upon request)! We have a pack and play, mosquito net, black out slumber pod, and bunk rail guard.

Recommendations

Joy is a brand new rig and has been on a few short adventures. With solar, a generator, and a 47 gallon fresh water tank, this 32.5 foot rv can take you most anywhere, and live comfortably for days before heading back into civilization to restock. Please let us know if you need any suggestions, as we’ve been to a lot of fun places before Joy came into our lives.

OUR BED LINENS, BATH LINENS, KITCHEN UTENSILS, TOILET PAPER, CLEANING SUPPLIES, AND ANYTHING ELSE PRE-PROVIDED IS OF COURTESY. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU PREFER OR NEED EXTRA OF- WE WILL NOT PROVIDE MORE THAN WHAT IS ALREADY IN OUR RV.

IF YOU WISH TO NOT USE OUR LINENS, OR ANYTHING PROVIDED IN OUR RIG, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME SO WE CAN REMOVE THEM BEFORE YOUR TRIP.

PLEASE DO NOT:

-USE THE LADDER THAT US STORED IN THE MASTER CLOSET TO ACCESS ABOVE THE CAB! Do NOT use the chairs or couches to climb up. We WILL check to see if there is damage and charge you to fix.
-Absolutely NO smoking in the coach or you risk losing your entire deposit and be charged an extra cleaning fee.
-NO standing on the top of the coach, and please, stay off the rear exterior ladder.
-Do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper.
-NO food in the garbage disposal

ONE WAY TRIPS?
-Unfortunately, we do not offer the availability of one-way trips at this time.

PETS?

-We love pets! Please limit to 2 animals. Extra charge for more than 2 animals.

CAN WE DELIVER?
-As of now, we will not be offering delivery unless nearby and for stays longer than 7 days.

PICK UP/DROP OFF TIMES?

-Pick up times are flexible, we will arrange accordingly
-Drop off/pick up from site time are no later than 12pm day of or you will be charged a half day fee of the daily rate and $50 per hour after 4pm
** Prepare for a 45min-1.5hr walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience.**

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON RETURN?

-Have all grey and black water tanks emptied before return.
-$250 charge if you do not have empty gray and black water tanks.
-IF BOONDOCKING: TANKS SHOULD NOT BE OVER CAPACITY, YOU WILL COMPROMISE OUR RIG AND COULD BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGE. PLEASE EMPTY AS NEEDED FOR LONG TRIPS.
-Gas tank will be full when handed over, please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus $100.
-Propane must be refilled or $80 charge
-Remove all trash you accumulated
-Put used linens in laundry basket
-Ideally dishes cleaned, but we understand water conservation on dry camps. Just try to limit the mess
