KITCHEN
Unlock endless possibilities, as you create some tasty meals in your own personal kitchen, you'll find a recessed full-range three-burner gas cooktop, and microwave oven. The 12-volt refrigerator and freezer run off propane and electricity and has an automatic switchover. Stainless steel sink with sink cover and a pull-down sprayer with a flip-up countertop extension for extra counter space.

BEDS
Your home away from home, sleeps 5 adults comfortably, two adults in the queen bed, two in the over-cab bunk, and one in the 48” x 68” convertible dinette bed. A queen bed (54” x 80” ), with an added memory foam topper for extra comfort. The upper cab bunk can sleep two adults (54” x 96”) and has a USB charging station with a net for easy access at night, cupholders, a privacy curtain, and a removable ladder. Mirrored storage closet with drawer below and a hanging rack to hang your clothes, hangers included.

BATH
Camp in comfort with the convenience of your own private bath, foot flush toilet and a hot/cold shower, stainless steel wash sink, and a bath vent with a wall switch. Plenty of legroom when sitting on the toilet and bath hooks throughout. Extra storage in the medicine cabinet and underneath the sink. Includes hand soap, bath rug, and toilet paper.

ENTERTAINMENT
For your entertainment needs, watch a movie on the manual swivel in Cab-Over TV with Blue Ray DVD player, DVDs included. Can be swiveled to watch TV comfortably from the dinette.

ENGINE/EXTERIOR
Discover freedom on wheels with the Ford Chassis V8 engine, automatic transmission, power steering, and cruise control. Side mirrors with bi-view mirrors for blind spot viewing. For your electrical needs a 4000-Watt generator and electric 30-amp inlet, with an additional 50-amp converter included with our rental. A roomy outdoor storage compartment for all your outdoor equipment can fit coolers, camping chairs, outdoor games, or luggage. Enjoy a shaded picnic outdoors with the powered Patio awning with LED lighting.

*Our Base Rate is our Winter Rate, nightly rates adjust throughout the year based on Season, Holiday, Festival, and Special Events.
*Bookings during the months of August and September will require an increased security deposit. Please message us for more detail
* Due to delay in parts, awnings are not guaranteed to work and in the event, an awning is not working we will provide you with a pop-up tent and lighting. We do not cancel bookings due to broken awnings.
*We do not winterize the RV, during winter months a separate winter rental advisory notice will need to be signed.
* No off-roading, driving, or riding the vehicle on unpaved surfaces such as sand, riverbeds, mud, snow, rocks, and other natural terrains. is not winterized.
