× About this RV
This is not your typical Winnebago Revel or Sprinter 4x4! This ultimate Revel has over $50,000 in upgrades over the factory Revel build. Listed here are some of the special features it has. I will only mention the non-standard upgrades here, if you need more info on the basic Revel features, please search YouTube for Winnebago Revel Overview. Please note, the awning has been removed due to being damaged.
Electrical Upgrades Include:
Extra-large Lithium battery system w/ 4000Wh & 2000 watt pure-sine wave inverter allows you to power any household electrical device. Alpine sound system with Carplay/Android auto & subwoofer. ARB high speed compressor with front and rear hookups, offroad lights, 50” LED light bar, 220 Watts of solar, 60 Amp “under-hood” generator.
Ride & Handling Improvements:
Agile Off-road “RIP kit”(ride improvement package) vastly improves on and off-road ride quality. Fox suspension with 3” lift, fender modification to fit extra large 33” tires, heavy duty front and rear springs, upgraded brakes. The factory suspension has a lot of back-and-forth sway on the highway making it feel unstable this upgraded suspension system fixes that.
Other Upgrades:
Scheel-Mann driver’s seat, overhead storage shelf, rubber matting in cargo area, custom carpet in main area, black out shades for ALL windows, second rear fan (replaces AC unit), side mount ladder, custom memory foam topper for main bed, bug screens available if needed. Multiple skid plates protect the bottom from rock damage.
Included for Free (most others charge for these):
- Bed Sheets, comforter, 3 pillows
- 2 Chairs
- Pots, pans, knifes, cutting boards, French press coffee maker
- Extra outdoor propane stove
- Leveling block, water hose, headlamps, bug spray
- Diesel emissions fluid
- Dogs OK, please clean up shedding fur
Early pickup (10am) and late Drop off (7pm) available for $40 extra. (Standard pickup time is 3pm and drop off 11am)
What's included
Kitchen:
Cutlery, 2 fry pans, 1 small pot, cutting board, knifes, corkscrew, can-opener, spatula, cooking oil, salt/pepper.
Other(if needed):
2 small camp chairs, revel built in outdoor table, flashlight, fill hose, extra propane burner & gas (outside use only), empty tubs for clothes or gear, leveling blocks.
Beds:
I have slept 4 adults in the van before but this is a tight situation. The main rear bed is on an electric lift and drops down from the ceiling. This main bed is between a queen & full size and fits two adults up to 6’3” thanks to the flared side extensions. This being a 2019 it came from Winnebago with a second bed that is cramped but can sleep a smaller adult up to 5’9” (2021/2022 models do not have this extra bed). An additional adult/child can sleep under the rear main bed if necessary for a total of 4. All bedding will be supplied as needed.
Other things to note
Toilet:
This does have a toilet but it is not your typical RV black tank situation. The toilet uses a cassette system that must be removed and cleaned by hand. I Recommend not using the toilet unless it is really needed. If you do use the toilet, it must be returned EMPTY and rinsed out before returning. If the toilet is returned with anything in it, there will be a $150 toilet empty and cleaning charge. If you are not familiar with this type of toilet, search YouTube for “Cassette Toilet” for more info.
No Allowed:
No rock crawling, deep snow or rugged off-roading allowed. Even though this is just about the most capable van around, it is still a very heavy van. Assume the capabilities of a Subaru not a Jeep or 4-runner. No smoking of anything inside the van. No towing allowed and hitch will be locked. As stated in the Mercedes’s Owner’s manual you must use Diesel #2, do not use B20 (20% biodiesel) and the engine must not be idled for more than 30 minutes a day.
